I went to Gibbons as they were on my list of carmax covered repair shops. At first I used another shop cause gibbons was all booked up but I knew the issue was bigger than the other place could handle; no heat or AC. Gibbons was super fast and got me the diagnosis in less than a morning. They had already sent the assessment over to my CarMax warranty company. I spoke with them and they were very transparent about what was covered and what was not. With that being said, they got started and my truck was done in a timely fashion given the fact the entire climate system needed to be ripped, repaired and tested. Archie was great all the way through. Total transparency, which I respect and appreciate. Whe it was done they even took the truck to the car wash. Something, 48 and many vehicle repairs, no one ever did. Also were very respectful of the stuff in my truck. This was my first experience with Gibbons and total class act and professionalism. As long as I’m in the media area, I won’t go anywhere else with my vehicle repairs. Check them out. You won’t be disappointed. Archie even emailed me my bill so I can follow up with the warranty company. :)

Took my van in to get my brakes looked at and they took me right in and fixed everything at a good fair price! I’m about to drive it across the country so they really gave me some peace of mind before I start the trip! Thanks again to the friendly people over at Gibbons. I wouldn't go here. Pretty expensive compared to other shops and they appear to love diagnostic charges. Had brakes done as well as a wheel bearing. Also had some codes pulled for a steering issue. Total was 1300. Drove the car after pick up to work and immediately noticed a smell on the passenger front. I figured it was the oil surface burning off the rotors. Well it wasn't. As I write this I have smoke coming out from that rotor after driving to work. Now I have to miss work at my other job and park the car until Monday to have my usual guy look at it. There was absolutely no burning smells prior to their work, no smoking of the wheel.
