Took my BMW in for service to have air suspension issues and engine issues diagnosed. Air suspension was diagnosed, fixed properly, and I am very satisfied on that part. As far as the engine went- I was told the engine needed to be pulled out of the car and disassembled to find the noise since it was an “internal” noise. ($1-2k in diagnostics alone if I had to guess). After taking the car back we found it was a faulty water pump. Nick and Zach were very nice and completed honest work on my vehicle- I just feel that since the shop was so busy they overlooked a simple issue that could have had my car fixed quickly and instead wanted to pull the whole motor out of my car. This is a great shop to get work done on your foreign car- however for engine work would recommend looking elsewhere.

I went to get my oil changed and inspection. They are awesome. Right on time and did a great job Today my low tire pressure light came on. I called and asked if I could stop by and they could check it out. He said sure. I stopped and 10” later I was back in my car no problems. Foreign Traffic is the best decision I’ve made!! I highly recommend them!
