I was driving along William Flynn Highway the morning of 6/11/25 and hit a pothole and completely blew up my tire on my way to work. I ended up parking in front of NAPA without even thinking about it and had put in a request for roadside assistance which was going to take up to 65 minutes. Definitely not the most ideal way to start a work day, and I was feeling extremely down. I ended up crying in my car for a good 10 minutes. An employee named Collin had pulled in for his work shift and immediately offered to help. He was so personable and uplifting and kept reassuring me that it could’ve been a lot worse. This one interaction had completely turned my day around. I cannot express how grateful I was to be parked out front NAPA and to have Collin there to help. It is so nice knowing that there are genuinely good people in this world. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, Collin for saving the day!!!!

I will not be back at this NAPA location, I had my online order number on my email but forgot receipt for window wiper which I purchased 2 days ago, the guy at store (Russ) refused to return it without receipt, I asked him I can give my card I paid with to lookup but he wouldn’t budge, he said the owner doesn’t like this, this has never happened to me anywhere in my 7yrs living in Pittsburgh. Not sure which generation the store is, they should make customer friendly and hire new blood. This place is also not a used oil drop off, well if the store expects people to buy auto fluids there has to way to dispose it off, the competition accepts it. A mile north of this store is advance auto they are polite and humble and they accepted my used oil, guess who is getting my business...

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW!!!!! I purchased some fittings that I later needed to return. There was nobody else in the store and the man I saw (Andrew) was not helpful. He was, in fact quite nasty, and refused to try to find the part number so he could process the return because I didn't have the receipt with me (left it at home). He even stated "I can't do that". When I asked him why the other guy was able to process a return for me without the receipt he said "I don't know how he did that, I've worked for this company for 20 years, blah, blah, blah". I left very upset. I later returned and spoke to the manager (Tom) who apologized, told me that Andrew has been a problem in the past, said that he left, and went to work as a manager for O'Reilly's auto parts, and assured me that I would not have that problem ever again. Tom was VERY nice. I would give this review 5 stars except that 1) I don't know how a good company could keep someone with such poor customer service skills working for them for 20 years, and 2) NAPA seems to have still not caught up to the competition as of yet (I was also assured that this was changing soon) in that they don't have a key chain card that can be scanned to keep track of purchases, and you still technically have to have your receipt to return an item. Again, I LOVE Tom, and hope he stays the manager a very long time. I will continue to patronize this store, but if I see Andrew in there again, or have a bad customer service interaction again, I will NEVER go back!!!
