I wish I got her name, I came in for basic things. Oil filter and a can of refrigerant. The refrigerant that said in stock online, but being a seasonal thing, it wasn't actually in stock. But the woman took the part number and searched thru inventory to find a substitute that would work for me. And that she did. Got a better product for cheaper. Super kind and caring. Such a simple thing but she provided the customer service I wish every business had. I had a bad experience 2 weeks ago with a younger employee that did not adequately perform his job, and a senior employee that was too busy on their cellphone to help him or correct him and I left with $80 worth of incorrect items. But today, as simple as it was, she provided amazing and perfect customer service. Im there frequently so I will try to get her name and update. In the mean time, thank you Ms. You're kindness and care was the boost I needed to get the job done today after a hard day's work.
