I was driving a long haul from NJ to Toronto, and sensed one of the wheels being funny. Trygar’s was a pure coincidence out of urgency necessity. Despite having 40 calls in the morning and appointments lined up in the afternoon, Earl generously hopped on the car for a test drive, and had a guy check it to make sure it’s safe. In the end when I asked how much, he said “don’t worry about it. Safe drive!” ? A true gentleman and smart businessman!

100% recommend this shop. They are honest, direct and good at what they do. I was driving down the highway and basically had to pull over due to car issues. I’m not from the area and did not know anybody. I somehow ended up at Trygars Garage and I could not have been luckier. Even though it was closing time, they looked at the car and even tried to get the part on the spot. He assured me that they would stay late if that meant they could fix my car. Unfortunately, the part could only arrive the next day. Earl suggested a nearby hotel, drove me to my hotel, and even picked me up the next day to bring me to his garage. I was promised the car by Noon and it was done by 11:15 AM and I was on my way. I do not live in the area but if I did, I would 100% make this my garage. Heck, I might even stop by and say hi to them at some point. Not only is Earl a great mechanic, he is a history buff and has a wealth of knowledge about the area, the railroads, etc. Just chatting with him was a joy. If you live in the area, there is no reason not to go here!
