If your a small business/owner operator stay away. We used Suan at diesel time because I previously got to know him a bit. Hard working person, certainly knows his business & has a few talented techs. Outside of that it seems most of his team is unskilled/uneducated. As he’s grown he has failed to produce a good team that follows in his footsteps. I think this is the cause of all my issues. I was quoted two weeks for a roof repair that turned into two months. They let my truck get rained on with all the equipment getting ruined. The insurance agent said it was supposed to be covered. I addressed this concern with Sean and he still didn’t cover it. The second issue we had with them was we had our ignition fixed. They didn’t do a great job Fixing it which is caused me hundreds of dollars in idle time for my employees and thousands of dollars diagnosing to find it was an ignition they installed. I waited about six months and tried to talk to Sean about my issues before I left the review, but unfortunately it seems at this point. He’s got the majority of the money he needed out of me and he’s no longer in communication. We know use landis diversified because he is reliable & always willing to help in any situation.

called Diesel Time for one of our Fleet vehicles that wouldn't start and was stranded on the side of the road. Responded really quickly and discovered it was a loose battery cable, fixed and had us on our way! Excellent service! Will definitely use again

Mike came out to replace the starter on my freightliner. Him and his dispatcher were very fast since my truck was dead in a busy dock. 10/10 would call them again and recommend them to a friend.
