Wally as great, We got stuck in our work van in a snowdrift that just pulled the whole van into the van there was an electric fence about 2 foot off the passenger side the wind was blowing 50 or better I wat he’d to road signs fly off there post. Once we called him he was out to us within 30 minutes pulled me right out into some clear bare road there were three other cars that tried to make it past me an got stuck. Big shout out to this company and especially Wally. Very polite, professional and super fast. They got to me before triple A even picked up the phone as a 25 year platinum member of tripe A I’ll be canceling them tomorrow unless they reimburse me even then they might be getting the boot. Stay off Mountain Road by Hypsie gap the wind is ridiculous there and the road was very diceving but the road was slick an the drifts were spotty so many people drive by me thinkin they could make it an got stuck. Thanks again Wally for the tow best guys in the Poconos !!

Awesome service. I picked these guys because of the high google reviews and they lived up to it for sure. My ram 2500 had issues because of the low temps during the blizzard in Jan 26 and they picked up the truck and took it back to the heated shop where they got it running. Both Wally and Felix were super nice and went out of their way to help me out. I very much appreciate the service and absolutely recommend them.

I am extremely grateful being here right now, warm in my house. Yesterday I was stuck in the snow and felt despairing. I called my roadside assistance, and they estimated over an hour before someone would come. When Brian from RLE Pocono arrived, I was so grateful - he got there very quickly. Brian was courteous and friendly and did not judge me for stupidly trying to park in the snow! He was a real gentleman and got me out of my predicament in minutes!! Prior to calling them, I was trying to get out myself, and it was literal hell. A woman came by with a shovel, but there was no use. When he arrived with his state-of-the- art truck and pulled me out quickly, I felt immensely relieved. When I got home, I felt so content and grateful to have been helped out of this nightmare. I highly recommend using this company, and specifically their driver, Brian, if you ever are stuck and need towing or road service.
