Terrible store, the worst acme so far. The staff especially a short bulky lady was so rude. She was so pissed because customers finished shopping late. She was swearing on me. Refuse to open the door. Held me hostage for more than 5 minutes. The store should be closed, this is way below the standard of excellent customer service Acme is known for.

I just left this location looking for snow crabs. This is the 2nd Acme in a few days that was a letdown. The seafood encasement looked horrible. The smaller snow crabs should have been trashed. They were dry and dirty. The shells were black in a variety of spots. The crabs are supposed to be frozen. This is the second location with thawed seafood. The only thing frozen were the lobsters. The Jumbo snow crabs were horrible-looking as well. Not to mention the store smelled bad. The stench hit you in the vestibule, which is bad. I should have known with the small the seafood would have matched. I may have to cross state lines to get a decent Acme. PA Acmes needs to do better. DE Acme here I come.

You have one amazing employee by the name of PAM that works at your store.. She went above and beyond for me this week, when I asked for help, with a particular matter .She was professional, which I always applaud and appreciate.. My problem was rectified, and I'm giving her a thumbs up across the board, when it comes to her amazing customer service!
