My 14 year old son and I went here today because my son was looking for a starter electric guitar. Fernando Was awesome. He took the time to talk to my son about his future and give him some great pointers On life. A lot of people don’t talk to teenagers but Fernando talked to him with respect and also gave my son a really great deal on the guitar. I just thought his customer service and overall kindness deserved to be mentioned. My brother was with us who is a long time musician. He thought there was a good selection of musical instruments, and the prices were very fair.

Okay so I took in a older monitor to just get some extra money for but it wasn’t taken and the reason they gave me is it’s too old… They have game systems from the 90s, old dirty dvd movies from the early 2000s, old dirty shoes and many more. But they can’t except a working monitor? If you’re going to say you don’t want something because it’s old then most of the things in the store should not be in there. These guys are picky choosey on what they want and as a small shop that’s terrible. Glad I know to not come here again !

Third time I’ve been here they were closed when they said they were open just parked four blocks away yes, high Street is busy there open first time I went and got good service. againThe past three times they were closed and wasting my time. I only gave them one star because I had no choice to give them negative stars.
