I placed a simple online order. Just 1 (one) headlight replacement bulb. The system says most orders are ready for pick up within 30 minutes. When I went to the counter, they said their system is not showing the order, this is after 49 minutes have passed. With today's technological advancement, you would think that they can easily improve customer experience. I have proof of online purchase for the H7 light bulb. They can't just give it to me or release it even if I have proof of purchase. They said they have to wait until the order shows up in their system to release the order or to give me the part. In my opinion, this is rather insane!

Either they don’t actually have knowledge of how cars work or they’re just too lazy to help you. Guy said he couldn’t check to see if a fuse was good. Bro, all you do is set a multimeter to Continuity to see if the signal gets through. That’s it. Lame excuse that you can’t check fuses. Went to the competition down the road for actual help. No wonder the company is closing so many locations with employees like this. Re: Response from owner... And I don't appreciate the obvious bot reply.

They are really good for wipers. I have visited on evenings and weekends and it is fine. I think people expect too much in other reviews. This isn't a dealership. You should know your make model year and if possible the part number you want to order. They provide information looking up what might fit but it's a part store not a dealership to fix your car. They have everyday items for the DIY'er, and can order parts. That's what a parts store is! I go here from time to time and find the people nice and the location convenient.
