I’m writing this review to commend one of the employees here. In mid-January while I was driving to work, I got into an accident on 422 right outside of Audubon and ended up stuck in a wet muddy ditch in the freezing cold and snow. I was stuck there for 3.5 hours waiting for help. AAA sent Jason from Lenny’s Auto out to help me, but because of the traffic and the angle my car was stuck at, he wasn’t able to get to me — he would’ve either gotten hit by a car or gotten stuck himself, so he had to call the state police to get someone out to block off traffic. While we were waiting for the police, Carrie (from Superior) heard about the situation and showed up completely on her own to help — she wasn’t even called out, she came voluntarily. She and Jason worked together to get my car out of the mud using wooden planks and a jack, bare hands, no gloves, in the cold and snow. She got muddy, wet, and freezing just to help a stranger. That’s the kind of person Carrie is. Carrie, I never really got to thank you and I hope you see this. But, you are an AWESOME and AMAZING person, and I seriously appreciate you! I was recently involved in an accident on 422 and the state trooper called these folks in. They winched my car out of a snow/ice filled median. Though it was no easy task, the two employees who assisted me were friendly and efficient. It was a terrible day but having one thing go right made a big difference!
