I want to start by saying work was done well and People are beyond friendly. But this experience was shady and I think others should hear it. I have a used f-150 that was previously used for 5th wheel towing. The break controller had been removed but Everything else intact. My wife Was quoted $100 for the controller plus labor which was quoted $100 also to have the trailer brake controller installed. She told them I needed it done by the following Saturday to pick up a camper. They Got it in the Wednesday before. On the day of installation She called to check progress and “they were just taking it into the garage.” She was then told the part price was increased to $300 and the new total cost would be $535. After complaining hey took off $75. My wife paid and I just assumed they couldn’t get a cheaper one so it would be a better controller for that price. NOPE. It was literally the cheapest and most basic available. I Looked the controller up online and no where has it for over $120. Most places are $70-$100. I believe they took advantage of her and the fact that we needed done ASAP. I’ve called and talked to Josh who assured me he would make things right and he would contact me back after talking to the parts person. That was about a week ago and he hasn’t returned my follow up calls. If you don’t know your part/repair prices, Don’t waste your time. Find a more Reputable establishment.

They worked me in with no notice and got the repair completed so I could make it to my next stop in SC on schedule. They did a great job and saved the day! I can't thank them enough and appreciate the quality work and exceptional service they provided.
