Due to hazardous road conditions, ice on the road, my car slid into a pile of snow on the side of road and got stuck on the snow next to a creek, I called the police, and they called this company. After a couple of minutes to get my car out the snow, loading it in tow truck and driving back to their facility, about 10 minutes away, I was charged over 700 dollars to get my car back, car had no damage and was driveable but wasn't given a price or allow to get my car until we got back to tow truck shop. This seems outrageously over price for no reason and very little effort. Had I known I would've been charged this amount I would've never used this tow company, had i been the one to make the call!

Great experience - I was stranded after my car broke down about 5 miles from home and they towed me back to my local shop. Friendly and knowledgeable. I'd call them first anytime.

Excellent professionalism. My sports car was stuck in my yard in a very difficult place. I was afraid it was going to slide into a tree or a rock wall. Grays showed up and pulled it out and not a scratch! Very professional and I'd call them first from now on!
