They sold me the wrong sized screw - it was cheap and made of plastic. When I tried to use it it broke immediately. I could not get it out of my car, it might not have been the right size but they told me it was a standard size. They would not help to make it right. Half attached tag on my car until I could see a mechanic. They were kinda rude too.
