Needed a tow, done through State Farm roadside assistance. Wonderful driver (Alex) was friendly, professional and efficient. Handled my car with care. Arrived on early side of the window I’d been given and called ahead to confirm his arrival. Office staff also great, when I called to clarify where the car was located. Would definitely use again (but hopefully won’t need to!).

Alex towed my car 2 days in a row back to back and from long distances. guy showed up, was friendly, knowledgeable with great communication when there were small issues and just an all around good guy who does great work. He represents this company well, and because of that , i am now a new customer. Great work from him.

After reading all these reviews, I thought it was necessary to write my review. I have had nothing but great experience with extreme towing. I have roadside assistance through my insurance and it usually goes straight to extreme towing. My time of pick up is always accurate! I’ve had to use tow services 3x this year. Nick the tow driver is great with communication he always double checks that it’s going to the right place. I’m glad Nationwide chose Extreme Towing! Thanks Nick for always being pleasant in a stressful situation!
