Edit From what my mom said from talking to he Adam seemed to be a nice guy. I wanted 4 new tires put on my truck He said 120 if i paid in cash I drop it off night before as asked too Next day Scott called my mother back he and says he can't open the door I will ad the drivers side door does not open, A deer ran into me and I have yet to fix the fender which prevents the drivers side door from opening at the moment. I have to use the passenger door as I do every day for work and it does stick a little bit. she explaind to him that the truck has new doors from a different ranger and they stick a little bit and just need to pull on the handle a little harder and it will open she called back he says they can't get it open So I drive over there, And it opens right up, NO PROBLEM AT ALL! Doing exactly what I instructed them to do. So either they lack the problem solving ability of a kindergartener or they just didn't even try This review is based on the fact that they called with a problem, which is fine, and I explained what to do but yet they still could not do it, But they call themselves mechanics. I do a lot of my own work but I have never done tires nor do I have a tire machine so something like that I have to entrust to someone else I thought I was dropping it off with professionals but if you as a mechanic cannot problem solve an issue that was explained to you in detail then you are not a mechanic. They might be able to repair what they know but my worry is when then run into something they have to problem solve! I left a 2 star review because of this and If they did a great job I would have left a good review in turn. The price was fair, About the same as others I called but he could get me in the quickest and I appreciated that. Adam might be a good mechanic I do NOT know him, But it def shows on your business if you hire a good staff or a poor one. I do NOT know it all but I know that put me in the same scenario and I would have done what the customer told me to do and the door would have opened. I am not a big guy and it was barely a pull to open it. Edited for your pleasure scott! Response...I just want to say I appreciate that you did not want to break my door handle... But my mom is 72 years old she has bad carpal tunnel in her hands and wrists a bad back and and she opened it up very easily!

Adam is incredible! The parts my car needed were delayed, but he communicated so well and did whatever needed done to make it happen. My car had so many issues all at once and he was so willing to help whenever I needed. Cannot say enough nice things about him! Highly recommend!

If you wish to have it done quickly, he is not your guy. However if you like it done correctly and with quality in mind he is. He knows what he is doing and speaks to me with respect which is a big deal to me. So I'll keep bringing my vehicle back.
