I called with an engine issue and within just a couple hours, the car was in the shop with troubleshooting and the investigation underway. The extra effort to get me in the schedule was noted, as I could see they were very busy that week. As an engineer, I was really impressed with the quality of the investigation and report. It was well written and complete with photographs and test results. Communication back and forth was fast and easy, with convenient text options, web links, phone calls. They even provided a loaner vehicle so that there was zero interruption to the family's busy schedule. When I got the car back it ran like new again!
