We were extremely impressed and noted how much this location has improved over few years. We quit coming years ago after manager Kurt retired.We previously had used the Clarksburg location until recently manager Chuck didn't have our appointment in the system... Twice.The Washington store is not as nice of a building, but the service and price adjustments were immaculate. They worked harder and quicker than I remember from years ago, and I was treated with respect and courtesy by Josh.Thank you. We will definitely return!

These guys are awesome. Whoever looks at your car here will give you an honest assessment of what you need to get your car right. Josh and AJ are patient and will explain everything to you. They even let me see how the other mechanics improperly did the work. I'll take the drive to this Firestone over other ones.

Very nice people, but very very high prices. They charged me $85 for just an emissions sticker and were trying to charge me $600 for a tie rod and fog lights. They also tried getting me to buy new tires when my tires had nothing to do with needing to pass the inspection. If you plan to go here, be prepared for everything they do to be marked b up by 60%.
