I went to uplin auto services for an inspection.The car had been sitting for a while.And for some reason was not registering on their machine, they charged me for a full inspection, but never did anything.They said they inspected it.There's no way they could have, because when I went to another station, they found more, they found that all the tires needed, replacing the only to replace one.So they charged me for nothing.So they ripped me off.They would not give me a refund or anything like that.It was a very terrible experience. Additional problems!! So I get a call from someone a few days ago saying that they spoke to the own and the owners wanted to give me my refund. Great.So I went today to do what She told me to with my receipt and my card. Only to pretty much be jumped by the owner and the girl.Because I wrote this post, this is all truth, none of its slander, so I don't see what their problem is.Anyway, because of that, I will not be getting a refund.They want me to take this down.No, everybody should know how dishonest these people are. This is not slander this is truth. I think it's absolutely terrible.What these people did to me. When I told him that my normal mechanic had no problem with it.I inadvertently said it was the next day, but actually it was the same day and the guy snapped.Oh that's because she drove it. Which is what they said was required to make it inspectable. Watch it, people, these guys are crazy.And dishonest. I know I will never ever see my refund. These are terrible dishonest MORE TO FOLLOW ABOUT THESE LYING CHEATING SCAMMING THIEVES

I've been taking my car to Upland Auto Services for four years and I've always been pleased with their service! They are friendly, fast and most importantly, honest! As a female who knows nothing about car repairs, I've never believed I was being taken advantage of, and their prices are very reasonable! I highly recommend!
