Avoid this place like the plague. I went here to see if they could patch my tire, the damage ended up being too close to the edge to repair. When they tried to sell me tires instead, I told them I found a better price somewhere else and asked if they could compete so that I could potentially still give them my business. They said they could not even come close. No problem. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the staff was short with me and they charged me $20 for just demounting the tire and checking the damage. I try to always support local businesses whenever possible but this one just isn’t worth your time.

Do not go here. Went in for a simple registration inspection and they took off one of the brake calipers to show us its wear and tear. Then they told us we couldn’t get it fixed until next week. Right away when we started driving home our car shook when breaking. We called them back to tell them what had happened and they said it was “a coincidence” Took our car elsewhere, where an experienced mechanic said the last auto shop messed up your breaks and it was a hefty bill. Again called Nello tire to tell them about my bill and how they did this to my car. The lady who answered the phone was short and rude, and hung up on me. Please don’t go here.
