Had my car towed by them for parking in a lot not clearly marked as a towing zone. Immediately I was greeted with the words "What do you want". The entire phone call I felt as though I was being rushed. The lady on the phone rudely announced that she loves "dumb college kids" as they make a lot of money towing them. I asked about an itemized bill out of confusion by the ridiculous price and was immediately hung up on. Also pretty sure that the rates they are charging plus the fact that I was not notified violates Rhode Island Vehicle Law

Illegally towing my vehicle, no log no record of my car being towed police had to be involved. Invoices are not correct about my car but still had to pay cash $127 bucks cash only to some guy sitting on back of tow truck bed in a empty lot no office not business cards no paper work in general I don't even know who that driver was but had a name tag....Jason was his name....I don't recommend this towing company .......P and P recovery Express towing they have like that name on their business cards ....they are hiding behind P and P towing here

they towed my car at the subway parking lot at URI while i was in subway for 15 minutes, company is a joke, guys towing blame the boss, boss blames the tow people, then they spew lies about having a software that “knows if you left” when asked about it they confused the information and couldn’t explain how it worked. tried to charge me under the table for cash
