Mark was kind, helpful, and professional. He towed our broken down car and the U-Haul trailer we were pulling. He communicated with us so we knew when to expect him and he made the experience so much better than it could have been. He drove us an hour in his truck and was so helpful to make sure he left our trailer and car in a spot that would be safe and easy for us to maneuver. I would highly recommend him!!

Quick & efficient! Coming back from Atlanta, heading home to Va Brach after a baseball tournament, our tire ripped after hitting something in the interstate and we had issues with our jack. I called and let them know what mile marker we were at and they were there in about 20-30 minutes. Tire was changed quickly, talked a little baseball and hit the road. Thanks so much for the great service!

Would give 0 stars if I could. I left an initial 5 star review after getting towed to the shop at the request of the tow truck driver. He later blocked me and refused to send pictures of my car before the shop damaged it. I blew 2 tires due to a pothole during a road trip, and was told they could tow me and replace the tires for about $400. I waited 5 hours for them to put the tires on my car because they were not experienced with low profile tires. Within 10 miles of leaving the shop one of my tires blew again, and I had to be towed back. One of the shop technicians said that he say the damage before I left and let me leave with it anyway. They did not have another of the same size tire to replace the one that blew and opted to put a different size on it instead. I did make it to my destination, but had a certified technician come to put better tires on my car anyway. He said that the tires on the car were severely damaged and they were not safe to drive on due to the installation process at JW Towing. Not only did it take 7 hours in total for me to get new tires, but they severely damaged my wheels in the process and it will be very expensive to fix. When I called back after my trip to ask for a refund, I was told that they did the job correctly and would not issue a refund since I made it to my destination. When I pressed the issue further, I was threatened and told to come by the shop on my way home to “talk about it”
