Good experience! Took the vehicle to have a quote in Jan. They made me aware that the next available, wasn’t until March. Luckily I was able to continue to drive until then. March came, schedule was pushed back until April 1st. I was able to receive my vehicle within 10 days of drop off. I did notice a piece above the tire not in place. The guy came out promptly, made a quick adjustment and sent us on our way. ( I will point out, that if the parts for your car aren’t able to be ordered or are on back order of whatever have it, they will hold your vehicle until the part comes in. That could suck especially if your vehicle is drivable. Can be a bit of an inconvenience.) I highly recommend them. I like that they informed me of dates, and possibilities.

I would like to thank Lively’s Collision Center for the recent repair to my 2019 F-250. They did an estimate, ordered the Drivers Side Mirror Assembly to be replaced. Within 3 days they called me to bring my truck in , as the part had arrived . I left my truck at 8 am and before noon , Lively’s called to tell me that my truck was ready to be picked up. I looked over the repair and all looked and functioned as it should . I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED LIVELY’s for all your collision repairs! I would give them a 5 STAR RATING! Sterling H.
