While I was out and about on errands, my shifter components broke inside the console of my 2010 F-150. I couldn't shift into forward or reverse, so I called Triple-A. They called All Around Logistics & Towing and booked my tow. 10 minutes later, I got a call from Christina at All Around. She said she was a half hour out. 28 minutes later, she pulled up. She was very courteous and professional and got right to work. She didn't hesitate in figuring out how to get my truck pulled up onto her flatbed, even though my rear wheels wouldn't roll. Christina is not only a skilled rigger/driver, she is calm, confident and capable! Sunday, two days ago, a deer hit me that evening and thank God I was not hurt and able to slowly drive the car home. I called my insurance and my adjuster walked me through the process. He said a towing company, All Around Logistics & Towing, would pick up my car Tuesday morning. Ricky from the company called me on Monday evening, ready to tow my car. Unfortunately, I was not home but he was ready to take it then. When I spoke with Ricky, the first thing he asked was if I was. This type of customer service is exceptional and it's what I look for when doing business with people....they CARE while serving. He also asked if I wanted to get the deer back, while adding humor to the situation that made me laugh. He came the next day early and asked if I needed anything else. I highly recommend this company because they were very accommodating. Thanks Ricky for making my process sweatless.
