VERY RUDE , I called to get information about the stuff in my car I have never had my car towed before so I don’t know how it works. It was 17 minutes before they closed he answered and was slurring his words and sounded drunk. I said hey I got into an accident last night and my car was towed there he said do I have insurance I said yes he said you do I said yes he said you got full coverage I said yes he said who’s fault was it I said mine what does that have to do with collecting my belongings I’m just trying to figure out how to get my stuff he said I’m trying to figured out how I’m going to get paid if I don’t get paid you ain’t getting your stuff . I said told you I have insurance he asked again do you have full coverage I said yes he said mhhmmm I don’t believe you , you have until 5 o’clock today and then I’m gone that’s 17 minutes. I said sir I don’t have a car and he chuckled and said welll… 8:30 Monday I’ll be back. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE ALREADY. I will be showing up with law enforcement if needed Monday morning to be able to get my belongings in the car.

Crooked company they towed my car when I went to get my stuff out of it my entire $1.600 stereo system was gone and the crooked tow truck driver gonna tell me everything that was in it when he got it is still in it which is a total lie. Don't ever use these criminals. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau
