I have got to share my personal experience with Dickie Polk Automotive and team. I was traveling thru this area (Hampton, SC) and realized my brakes were not responding and could smell the brakes, in panic I quickly called not knowing I would encounter the most aboslute willingness to come to my rescue on a Friday afternoon at closing. Not only did they come to where I was..and corrected my issue he followed me to the next town in case I did not feel confident to continue my travel. I am 100% certain that God has people in places everywhere but Dickie and his mechanic were absolutely heaven sent that day. He did not price gauge under these circumstances and I am forever grateful to them and Pray the BLESSINGS of God always be over you and your business. thank you Dickie Polk Frances D.

Damage caused at his shop to interior and exterior , add on parts and service with surprise inflated bills, gun missing from car, 2 separate vehicle gas missing three occasions total, poor work no quality , says he don’t have mechanics to finish work, shown no concern whatever when I told him my handgun was missing from the car. Claimed to be a mechanic for over 50 years specializing in classic autos, guess he lost his touch, said he’s probably going to retire and sell parts. Don’t trust this business for anything automotive . Had 1 car for about a year and another for over a year.
