Literally the worst. A customer in front of me was trying to understand what the problem was with his vehicle and was voicing his worries and opinion and the owner kept talking down to the customer. Was disrespectful. Didn’t resolve the issue nor was insightful, understanding or helpful. Absolutely disgusting customer service with zero help. Also doesn’t take credit cards but only cash because he knows ppl will dispute most of the transactions because he has no idea what the hell he’s doing.

Call the number from the photo for Archer Automotive not the phone number Google has (old number). This is our go to place for both our cars. I was brought up with a lot of car talk with car sales in the family and this isn’t bells and whistles with sales attached this is fixing your car and fixing it well with a reliable mechanic. We have given up on shopping around for quotes - there is no point (unless you want the feel good moment of relief after wasting your time and suffering the stress). Ask for Ted - he’s your guy :)
