Dear [Service Manager Name], I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service my vehicle received at your shop. Before dropping off my vehicle, I recorded a video documenting the engine light, the current mileage, and the vehicle's overall condition. After leaving my car with you for three days, I noticed several significant issues upon pickup: - Discrepancy in Mileage: The mileage is considerably higher than when I dropped it off. - Exterior Damage: My bumper does not match the one sdifferent one. - Missing Items: I noticed that a few items are missing from the vehicle. - Repair Concerns: I was charged $300 for an O2 sensor, a part I previously had replaced for $75. Despite this charge, the initial issue was not resolved, and I was told to bring the car back if the light returns. I paid the $300 to retrieve my vehicle, but I am very disappointed that the core issues were not addressed and that my vehicle was returned in a different condition than when it was entrusted to you. I have video evidence of the car's state prior to the appointment.

PERFECT !! Took my 300,000 mile GMC Yukon in for an oil leak where my usual shop said “live with it or replace the engine”. It was running fine. A friend told me about Queen’s Garage. Queen’s was very familiar with this common problem, fixed it promptly, They also found the starter was going to fail, so they changed that too. $$ was very reasonable !!! BONUS…Jacky even gave me his cell phone, met me the day after Christmas at the shop to pick it up even though they were closed. 15 minutes after I picked up the car and was driving, Jacky (Queen’s) called me and thanked me for my business !!!! They could not have been Better !!!!!

I am so thankful for Mr Jack! I would have been stranded hours before the snow storm if it wasn't for his kind service. Everything was closed and I was almost an hour away from home. Mr Jack came to my rescue. Not only did he come once but he came back twice. And he also check to make sure that I made it home safely before the storm. I recommend Queens Garage to anyone in need of a quality mechanic!!
