Broke down in Union across the street from the Sheriff’s at 4:00pm on a Friday an hour from home and an hour and a half from my destination. The lovely ladies at the sheriff’s office called Turtle’s for me. They were super quick about coming out to check my car and get an idea of what the issue was and reassured me my car would make it down to their shop to be looked at (saving me the cost of a tow). They had my car diagnosed immediately, showed me the issue (my coil pack was done done and arcing, and Tim made sure to point it out to me and explain how it was causing the issue), sent an employee out to go get the part so that they could fix my car and have me back on the road by 5:40pm. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience from them. Their employees were so kind and let me wait until family could make it to the shop to follow me to my destination (just in case, this is the third time my car has been in the shop in a month and a half, but the first time at Turtle’s). Wouldn’t you know it, my car is driving like a dream again. No stutter, no questionable noises, no panic. Just my car, running as it should, without issue. I’m beyond impressed with them, their service, and their exceptional kindness. Honestly, if they weren’t so far from home, they would be the ONLY people to touch my car again. I cannot recommend them enough. And thank you to Tim and Ashley for taking such good care of us, my car, and getting us back to our vacation so quickly.

If you ever find yourself stranded around Union and you need a tow don't hesitate to let these guys be the ones to rescue you. My son and I were an hour and a half from home at 6 PM. I just knew all tire shops were closed and we would have to find a different way to make it home without having a spare. Pouring down rain these guys took the best care of my son and I and had a used tire! How lucky is that?! They were able to get us back on the road safely and they took care of us and make sure we were comfortable and safe. If I could give these guys more stars they definitely freaking deserve it. ???

Car broke down on me, alternator was bad and the guys up here were a lot of help no over charge and even came in on an off day to make sure we could get to work on Monday, if I had the money I would’ve tipped hundreds!! Car is running brand new, recommend anyone to this place and opened on saturdays!
