When I first saw the reviews, I was skeptical, but still, I wentwith good faith, The lady in shipping and receiving is not that much of talkative so she might seem rude. I came here at 1 PM for a 5 PM appointment waited in the back street, with fire lane no parking signs, a couple of police cars drove by and said nothing about it, i was assigned a door by 6 pm and was out by 7 pm, The if you are backing in dock 6 or 8 and there is trucks already parked in docks , don’t be shy ask for assistance from other drivers, the backing can be very tricky as there is fire hydrant and small wall in front of some docks take your time and goal as much as you want

Almost 5 hours so far and haven't even been called to door or been communicated with at all. Verified i was checked in with girl at desk. All trucks before and and after my arrival are being loaded. Maybe if my primary language wasn't English I would at least know what the hell is going on.
