It's not everyday you get to write a review about kindness. I am not a mechanic but when my car didn't start, I tried to jump start it to no avail. I call a couple of towing companies and nobody is able to come out. I reach out to The Towing Service and they pick up on the first call to them. They will be there in two hours. They show up and said let me just check. Lance attaches his "jumper" cable system and voila, car fires up. I feel bad for bringing him out and he says don't worry about it. Your cables might be bad. I try to give him something and he says just remember me for the next time. Again, not everyday you run into a true southern gentleman. Thank you Lance and Thank you The Towing Service for being "That" company!! Great job.

Had the good fortune to have Jake from The Towing Service spot me as I struggled to change a flat tire last night. He offered to help get the change completed and did just that. Completely professional young man who just offered to help even though I hadn’t called him! He got me safely on my way home and I’m extremely grateful to Jake! Thank you!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Towing Service, LLC!. What a Top Notch company, I highly recommend!!! My car broke down on my way home from work. My son and I tried to get it started but soon realized that we needed a tow. I called 3 other towing companies from my Google search and The Towing Service, LLC was the only company to pick up the phone. (Even though the other companies promoted 24/7 service but couldn’t answer their phones) Jake, from The Towing Service LLC shows up within 15 minutes of my phone call and also texted me to let me know how far he was from my location. Jake was a lifesaver!!! He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. In no time at all he had my car all hooked up and towed to my house. When you are in that situation and are stressed out like I was, just do yourself a favor and call the best… The Towing Service, LLC and forget about bothering with all the others that aren’t professional enough to answer the phone in your time of need. And don’t forget to ask for Jake! You were a lifesaver and I cannot thank you enough!!!!!
