Great experience. Best price new alternator and had a coupon for online order. Needed a specialty socket set to put it and they let me buy it even though they typically don’t let you rerun it once you open it they let me. Put the customer first even though it may have cost the company a little bit. Leonard did a great job and helped me a lot! Thank you!

2.12 2026: LEANORD!!! I purchased windshield wiper fluid with a woman at the counter (very friendly and welcoming). I put tge fluid in my car and nothing cane out when I tried to clean my windshield. I went back in and spoke with a different lady (again, super friendly and welcoming). She asked LEANORD about it, he found that something just needed to be reconnected. Now, how much money he saved me? I don't know, but in this economy, I am very grateful! I saw a little not at once of the registers that said something about Jesus. Jesus is somewhere in this store because EVERYONE I encountered was SUPER FRIENDLY & WELCOMING. Thank you

I went here near closing time and had a great experience! I did not know if my battery or starter was messed up, and Joseph helped me so kindly! I was able to get a great deal on a new starter! He is the best and I had a great experience. Will definitely come back again.
