I just had my vehicle serviced here, I’d say I’m satisfied with the work performed to it but I have a couple comments about it. Had a steering column put in my car and was going to have a cluster installed but it was bad. After getting my car back I see the bolts that hold in my cluster bezel are just not installed, they’re just laying in the radio bezel area. Headlight switch wasn’t installed, as well as my dome light was left on, draining the battery a little bit. They also never really quoted out a price for the work to call me and see if I wanted to pay/approve the work they just went ahead and did it. Happy to have my car fixed and back on the road though.

***My update review below*** After scheduling and coming back for more, the team at One Stop continue to impress. My Borla full cat sounds amazing. The best part: the team were ALL in a good mood and more than happy to help me out. Cherry on top: shout-out to whoever tied down my washer fluid cap...it's a small thing that goes a long way. Props ? OSAO was referred to me by a friend. Very happy that he did. Brie, Scott, and Jeremy were all very helpful, patient, and provided top notch customer service. I am in the car industry as a Service Advisor so I know how challenging their jobs can get. As they say... Happy Mustang; happy life - I'll be back for more ?? One Stop Auto did a great job diagnosing and fixing my 2005 Corvette. They sent a tow truck right to my house to pick it up since it wouldn’t start. It took a lot longer than I expected, but I did tell them I wasn’t in any rush to get it back. I just wanted it done right. And they did a great job because I haven’t had any problems. I give an 8/10 because the exterior was dirty when I got it back. It would’ve been nice if they could’ve taken some time to clean it off since it sat at their shop for such a long time. I would recommend to my friends.
