Bought a BMW X3 and found out that It needed a $1.400 repair during the 1st 10 days, actually, it needed the repair when I bought it. I did not find out it needed the repair for about 10 days. Mike was very respectful. He told me that they thoroughly checked the car out to make sure it was in good operating condition. But that the problem with mine required you to drive it long enough to manifest itself. It was a type of problem that could have destroyed the engine. So I could not wait to get it repaired. I had to take it immediately. You don’t measure a man or in this case, a company by how he/it responds when things are good, but in how he/it responds when things go bad. When I presented my receipts for the repair to Mike , he never challenged or questioned its validity. He offered to seek to provide me with satisfaction and ultimately gave me $500 towards the repair cost. Thank you very much, sir, I am very satisfied with both your attitude and demeanor, while addressing the issue, and with your remedy. I’m very pleased.

I really enjoyed talking with Lou the office manager and the owner sold my boyfriend a good car and was willing to work with him on payments. Then I bought a work truck that has been a good vehicle with no problems. Would refer them to anyone!
