As per the automated messages that suggest their customers are lying per what happened. I would like to state that we paid for the wheel, our wheel was fixed and returned, what do we have to lose by lying about the situation? The wife DID cuss me and my wife out. We have camera footage, considering the phone call took place at our place of work. Accountability, and honesty, is where it begins, not dismissal. I feel holding your employees accountable instead of trying to save face is more important, from one business owner to another.
