The guys here are like family!!! I had a blow out on I95 and my guy limped the truck to Mavis where the tire had completely obliterated my muffler from the blowout. "Harleigh" at Mavis referred me to Advantage Auto care and "Big John" swung into action like I was a family member. He proceeded to tell me that he didn't want to take business away from Mavis, so he explained to me to let them fix the tire and he would save me a tow fee by coming up to Mavis and retrieved my truck personally Not to mention it was Memorial Day weekend. Upon returning to pick up my truck, the muffler was fixed like New!!! Words can't be expressed enough to describe the level of comfort and certainty I experienced dealing with Advantage Auto. The cover charge was extremely reasonable as well. I'm looking forward to bringing all my service bucket trucks here for preventive maintenance and repairs Great Job Guys ??

While traveling from PA to GA for a wedding, we hit a deer on 95 and rendered my car unable to drive. Matt, Jay, and Tiffany were nothing but incredible, helpful, and amazing throughout the entire process of fixing what I thought could not be fixed! We just picked my vehicle back up and it looks brand new again. So thankful to have had this team working with us.

From Canada, heading south on I-95, my alternator die and the tow guys bring me to advantage auto center. First, they changed my alternator and the battery. I ask for the ground strap for the engine block to the frame. The guy show me the ground strap and it was intact and in place. After replacing everything, they told me that my alternator is not charging the battery even if its brand new. They told me that Ill have to wait until thusday so they should look for something else. Well surprise surprise, the ground strap has been cut during the job magically!! It is a very important thing for my electrical system and for my alternator charging correctly my battery. How this could happen? Pathetic.
