I would give 0 stars if possible. I decided to take my car to Henry's for an estimate after being rear ended. Some of my family used to work at Henry's for years, so I knew I could trust them. I called Jody and spoke with him on a Wednesday about bringing my car by. He said to bring it the following Monday around 4pm. I left work in Greenville and drove all way to Walhalla to Henry's, only to get there and Jody was gone for the day. Of course I was upset. A gentleman working looked at my car and took pictures, saying he would send them to Jody right then and call him. The gentleman told me things he saw wrong. I wait the entire next day thinking I would hear from Jody but nothing, so I called him. He told me why he had to leave early and he was sorry and he would look over the pictures and email me an estimate shortly. That entire week I waited. Nothing. The following Monday..nothing. then yesterday, which was Tuesday....I got a call while driving from Greenville. It was Henry's Body Shop... I answered saying Hello. Jody asked was I the lady from Allstate. I told him no. And he said well this was the last number to call me. I told him who I was and that I have actually been waiting on him to email me an estimate like he said he was going to. He stammered, saying he was busy and would call back and hurriedly hung up on me. No call back. No estimate emailed. I just can't believe this is how this business is ran now. Henry Harden would have never done his customers this way...never. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will never recommend anyone taking their vehicle here. Customer service goes a long way, and apparently Henrys Body Shop has lost that aspect.

My family has done business with Henry's Body Shop as long as I can remember. The new owner who took over after Mr. Harden passed away is just as reasonable and does excellent work. I recommend this shop to anyone.

Jody was the guy in charge and he and his guys did such an amazing job at fixing, gutting, and painting my door. It took far less time than anticipated and they did all the special requests I asked for, and they even washed my car after they finished. Very good guys work there and the pricing was straightforward and fair. Drove nearly 100 miles to go there because I heard they do such good work. 10/10 would recommend.
