While on vacation my car battery died. Through AAA I was sent Defalco‘s for a battery replacement. The service driver was extremely helpful and said there was more going on than just a dead battery. Per his suggestion and the fact that they are AAA certified I had my car towed to DeFalco‘s the next morning . They were very quick to diagnose the problem. They communicated well and my car was repaired very quickly. It was so nice to be treated with such kindness when you are out of town and stranded. I highly recommend them.

Called AAA and Christian showed up less than 5 minutes after I did the online request! When have you EVER seen anything that fast!!!! It wasn’t something that could be diagnosed roadside so we drove to DeFalcos per Christian’s recommendation. They were all so kind, didn’t fix anything that wasn’t broken, gave us some solid advice and sent us home! Honesty and integrity thrive here!

We were very pleased with Defalco's service. They did an excellent job explaining what was going on with our sons vehicle that had been towed into their shop. They were able to inspect the car in a timely manner. Everyone we chatted with was knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. It's always a gamble when you don't know the area of who to go to but we were very pleased with the service that we received at Defalco's.
