Toyota roadside sent Bobby Little, owner of 1058 Towing to my house when my car wouldn’t start. It needed a jump and he helped make sure nothing else looked wrong with it. He was very friendly, called prior to coming to give me a time, arrived quickly and did a good job. I would highly recommend this company and have saved his card & number for the future!

1058 Auto and Towing is the epitome of great customer service and professionalism! Willie and William did an excellent job Towing us out of a bad situation. Willie called and texted me after the service was requested to check on us and our exact location. He gave me an ETA of less than 10 minutes, which was so good to hear. When they arrived they greeted us and went to work. We was on a road trip and was headed home. I was using Google Maps, and it guided us astray from the interstate onto back roads. Not only back roads, but a road that is not passable with a car. However, there was no signage or anything, so we didn't know it was not passable. (Sandpiper Dr, Gaston, SC) I thought we was on a dirt road to I-26, but it was actually an extremely deep sandy road. The further we went the deeper the sand got and we got stuck. After trying to dig ourselves out, we gave up and called a to get a tow. Usually, towing companies take a few hours to arrive, but luckily, 1058 Auto & Towing was there very quickly. Willie and Wiliam were very friendly and courteous. They arrived when they said they would and got the job done. This is a great company and they provided excellent service! Thank you both for your help! There was a great lesson for 2 young teenage drivers and myself in all of this....Google Maps doesn't know everything and listen to your instincts, all the time!!
