This place had my Porsche boxter for nine months & kept “finding things that needed to be fixed;” when the actual cost of repairs was at $6,600 and their suggested additional repair estimate at $13,133, it was time to to stop the bleeding. They came highly recommended, but when they sent my Porsche back to me without prior notice, it had a busted rear window with duct tape on it. The car wasn’t damaged when they got it, (nine months ago) and they returned it damaged. They never even mentioned that they damaged my car, but kept adding on estimates for “repairs needed,” This place is not an honest place. If you use this place, I hope you have unlimited funds, because they will fleece you. I’m waiting for their explanation as to why my Porsche was returned with a busted rear window, with duct tape on it. I look forward to their reply & explanation to this google review. Also, it looks like they had something taped on the rear window. Poor communication, poor customer service & outrageous pricing. I can’t describe how angry & disgusted I am with this place after paying them in excess of $6000 and get treated with such disregard & a damaged vehicle returned to me. I honestly think they were trying to keep adding in costs because maybe they thought they’d just get to keep my Porsche as a trade off for payment. I don't understand how Travis never thought to mention that they damaged my car…that’s a testament as to what kind of place this is; but he was willing to make additional repairs ($3,000 estimate)-which was probably to replace the canvas top & rear window, but on my dime! The documentation on the invoice is pretty detailed, but doesn’t include dates & time-stamps. I’m waiting for an an apology & an explanation. Save your time & money, don’t trust them with your vehicles. Waiting on Travis to explain what happened to my Porsche……

This review is overdue, but I just discovered it was possible to post reviews here. I have a 2010 Honda Ridgeline which consistently had the battery going dead, even at just an overnight stop. After being bled dry by the local Honda dealer for more than six visits and three new batteries including a recommendation to replace the alternator; I took the truck to Doc's. After describing the problems I 'd been having, the service tech advised me the problem sounded like a "parasitic draw" on my electric system. I asked if it could be fixed. The tech said yes, but it would be a time consuming process to check each possible source for the electric draw. I agreed to leave the truck for the time it might take them to locate the problem. In about two weeks, Doc's called me and advised me the "parasitic draw" had been tracked down and the problem corrected. I was expecting to be hammered by the cost for such a lengthy process after the costly crap service I'd been getting from the local Honda dealer. Doc's amazed me with a very reasonable price compared to what the Honda dealer had been charging for each service visit. Doc's advised me if the problem resurfaced to please take the truck back to them for any further work that might be a source of the problem. I have been driving the truck regularly ever since Doc's repair and have never had any issues with it failing to start or a dead battery. Doc's tested the alternator and advised me it did not need to be replaced at all saving me a considerable amount of money from what the Honda dealer had quoted me to buy a alternator and have the dealer service install it. These folks are honest and make their best effort to assure customer satisfaction. They easily could have unnecessarily replaced my alternator and jacked up the cost of the repairs, but they didn't. The alternator is still working just fine without any replacement. When you talk with the service techs you can tell they are totally into car repair and function; and they take a great deal of pride in their work. Doc's is the only place I will let service my vehicles after the disappointing dealership experience. Try them out. I'm sure glad I did.

I just recently bought a 1979 Ford F100 from them and have to say I wish their mechanic ability was as good as their salesmanship, after purchasing it I did figure out they were atleast somewhat honest with the "We didn't touch the bottom of the engine" from a very intermediate leak from what I am assuming is the rear main seal, this is also ignoring the fact that when I was checking the car over at my fathers I found two simple problems not fixed, you could unscrew the carburetor with your hand it wobbled so much, and the throttle return spring was as loose as the bolts holding it down. Two days ago from me writing this I was stranded on I20 going towards Columbia, what it was is the carburetor that got stuck, that they decided to buy from im assuming Autozone with the part number on it (No name brand whatso ever because they didn't want their brand associated with it) on the carb. Keep in mind I am Seventeen years old and was driving another teenager who was a girl when it decided to do that mid spring (Hot as hell). At that time my grandmother was there getting a diagnostic and quote done for HER car and when she mentioned it all she said she got in a reply was "This is what you get when you buy a older vehicle". So to keep it short, I am gratefully GLAD I didn't take my 2013 hyundai veloster there for a timing chain that they wanted $968.00 for LABOR only, and did it myself, and if you are going there for any issues don't, they are at most subpar lube techs...
