I do know that this place have been here for many many years I never had a reason to go there before my accident my 2012 Buick LaCrosse after an accident on Taylor Street I had to get some things out of the vehicle I know there's two things about the people who work there they have all the respect in the world it was patient and very kind and after having a serious accident I was so glad so nice I wish more people could be like them

Very unresponsive and expensive. I have tired for 3 weeks to get a RECEIPT for insurance purposes. I called, and they gave me a number to text. I have texted every other day. I've left messages on their website. I contacted them on Facebook. Still no receipt. A receipt is a normal part of business. I'm sure the app they used to take my payment generated a receipt. All I'm asking is they email it to me. But nope. They are also more expensive than other towing services I have used. I recommend you try another service.
