This is the 2nd time I've brought my vehicle to Williams Auto. The first was when it was having issues right after leaving another repair shop. They were able to quickly see that the previous shop had installed the parts wrong (which had caused more issues). After fixing the new issue and Instead of charging me to fix the other companies mistakes they suggested I take it back and make them do it. After forking over hundreds of dollars already this was incredibly appreciated. My 2nd time was when I was having temp gauge issues. Before bringing my vehicle to the shop I found out that my battery cable was loose. They inspected my vehicle and found that the guage was in good working order and that it had probably been the battery connection. They could have easily charged me to replace something but they didn't. For that I am incredibly grateful. You've earned my lifetime business and will wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone I can. Thank you so much for your fast and honest service. It's such a rare thing in the auto industry these days.

Williams truck & auto repair did a wonderful job on my 3500 express cargo van.I had a major AC issue they went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly. J at the front desk was amazing,awesome also checking me in for the repairs that need to be done.Highly recommended ?
