Almost 400 dollars to move me 4 blocks. Wouldn't take credit card over phone . Just wanted impound fee. Spent more time arguing with me about where to take MY vehicle than actually moving it.

I was in a wreck yesterday afternoon. My past experience with similar situations, I’ve always had a family member or friend close by or with me. This time I didn’t. I had no choice but to have my car towed and I’m beyond thankful the officer called this tow service for me. I didn’t catch the man’s name, but THANK YOU again!! Was very polite and understanding. I lived out of state and was traveling home from a weekend vacation. He got me as close to home as he could. Made sure the location I was at was safe, and even offered to come back to check on me (which he did). If I’m ever in that area again and need a tow for some reason, I’ll make sure to give them a call first!

After waiting on Reds all night we called Woodfin this morning and he was on it! He even came and got the keys to the car first. I highly recommend these guys if you need a friendly fast tow!
