After just purchasing a used 2012 Toyota Sienna, I was taking it to my Mom in NC when it broke down on I-85N in SC. I called Jim’s tow service and he and his employee took me and my van to his shop (Jim’s Auto). Turns out it was my alternator. Jim had his guys jump right on it and installed a new alternator and even stayed after hours to finish the job so I wouldn’t be stranded! I can’t speak highly enough about Jim and his operation there. They got me buttoned up and I was on my way in short order with my van running great! Everyone there was very friendly. First class operation! Highly recommend! John

My dually truck got stuck in a very awkward position. They responded fast, the tow truck driver was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and he was extra careful to ensure my vehicle wouldn't be damaged when pulling it out. He made the whole experience completely stress free and for someone with anxiety that was a huge thing for me. The driver was joking with us and had us laughing and was just a really nice guy. Overall a really wonderful experience and I highly recommend.

Our serpentine belt and tensioner became an issue. We were on vacation out in Devils Fork. Jim’s Auto was recommended By the mechanic working on our truck. We found them to be professional friendly, and provided an outstanding service. He was helpful and was kind and respectful of my wife and the dogs.
