You can tell they have a real passion for automotive repair and customer satisfaction. Quality of Work The work done on my SUV was exceptional. The attention to detail was impeccable. It's rare to find a shop where you feel confident that the job will be done right the first time, but that's exactly what you get at Burbage Motorsports. Turnaround Time Despite giving them minimal notice on the morning of the repair, they told me to bring the SUV when I could that morning, and they were able to complete the work much faster than I anticipated without sacrificing quality. Their efficiency is impressive, and they also stayed in communication with me throughout the process, so I never felt in the dark about the progress. Pricing The pricing was very fair considering the high level of service and expertise (Joshua has approximately 21 years of experience in automotive repair). They provided a clear and honest estimate upfront, and there were no surprise fees or hidden costs. I have used Burbage to fix a few of my vehicles. I will not use anyone else. They are fast, efficient, & provide excellent service. Denise, in the office, helps you feel at home & at ease if you choose to wait there for your repairs to be done. It is hard to find a good mechanic that you can trust, Josh is one who will show while explaining the issues your vehicle has. I appreciate him saving my family money on not trying to sell things that aren’t needed. Burbage Motorsports treats all of their guests (customers) as valued guests & not like walking atms. We will, indeed, be back.
