So there I was stranded out in the middle of no where at 11:30 PM after hitting a raccoon and losing engine coolant while on a courier route delivering medical pharmacy items to long term care facilities. No problem. One call and help was on the way. 45 minutes later L & W Rapid Recovery (Great Name) was there to tow the vehicle back to civilization. Great people! Great service!

Amazing response time when vehicle broke down. The tow truck was clean professional looking. Felt very confident that my bad or anyones bad would go better knowing this company had my vehicle. Elite customer service great rate and people who care both over the phone and in person. Hard to find a good companies that cover customer service and excellent service both! Wes provided excellent service and was timely under the circumstances post-blizzard. Pro tip for life in general: iron out pricing in advance. I didn't do so, and this led to a misunderstanding when the bill dropped and some hard feelings on both sides. That said, even though we didn't really see eye-to-eye on the charges, Wes was still a stand-up guy and worked with me on it. Highly recommended (although I doubt he'd say the same about me as a customer lol).
