I was on a road trip this August 2024 with some friends traveling back to Wisconsin from Yellowstone. Our wheel bearing started to go out, and we pulled over at a gas station near this shop. The woman at the gas station recommended Zach at Trucks 'n' Parts. He came out to the gast station within 15 minutes of the call, diagnosed the issue with the truck right away, let us know how long it would take to get the parts (next day because it was late on a Sunday), and gave us a quote, then he made time for our repair right away the next morning. The service was super fast when we got to the shop the next morning, and we were able to end our road trip on a high note. Zach was super friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend this shop! Thanks again for all the help!

Going to start this review with THANK YOU, again, to Zach! I was 650 miles away from home, and heard scary sounds coming from the wheel bearing on my truck while driving on I-90. Pulled over at the first gas station my friends and I found, where an attendant helped me get in touch with a mechanic. It was a Sunday evening and I didn’t think I would find any help until the next day. Zach promptly arrived shortly after the call, and confirmed my suspicion. At no fault of his own, he wouldn’t be able to get a part for the repairs until the next day, but said he would fix it first thing in the morning once the part store opened. Sure enough, he fixed it right away the next morning. While breaking down half way home from on a trip out west sucked, it could have been so much worse, and I am so grateful for Zach. He is also a nice guy, and cracked jokes with us. If you are need of vehicle repairs, and it’s 100° out, with nothing around for miles in the beautiful countryside of South Dakota, call Zach!!!

Very pleasant experience in purchasing part I needed at a very fair price. My experience is I called and had to leave a message and did have to wait a week for a return call but they didn't forget about me but I think if you would need faster service you could call more often than I did I was in no hurry. I did purchase my part and explained what I needed and they did inspect the part and it was sent to me the next day it would have been sent the same day but I was not ready I received it as expected in a few days and it was as described I would buy parts from them again.
