The company responded, and yes I understand they are a recycling center for scrap. If you don’t want miscommunication then inform your people that answer the phone what you do and don’t do. That helps that. And maybe learn a little bit of customer service. If your guy would have said “how can I help you” maybe he wouldn’t have destroyed a $500 part. Now the only thing I can think about is how you stole from me. Being a decent human goes a long way. Must be nice to not have $500 stolen from you, or destroyed right in front of you. First and last time I’ll be here. Called and asked if they bought cylinder heads, good ones, I was told yes so I brought mine in. They guy came out, didn’t say a word, grabbed the head (it was in a trash bag to keep dust and debris out because it was in good condition to be put on another motor) and threw it on the ground. Didn’t say anything or ask anything just threw it on the ground. No good now, thanks to that jerk. Took it out of the bag and threw it on the scale and said $4. And then drooped it some more as he was walking out. I had zero time to react to him just throwing something on the ground not knowing what I was there for and not asking any questions. I will NEVER use this place for scrap ever again. Ruined me on my first trip! If they don’t buy good parts then the lady that answered the phone needs to be told that. That part was well over $4! DO NOT GO HERE!

Real smooth process, workers were very polite and courteous... great first impression for first time being here in a few years ...sure will be back with my scrap medal disposal in the future.
