Company now goes by Central Valley Towing. At least according to my "invoice". They are a predatory towing company. Towed my car after being in the Lowe's parking lot for maybe an hour. Charged me $388 to get it back. This is apparently what they do; go around towing indiscriminately and holding your property for ransom. They've obviously changed their name so they can keep doing this to people. Disgusting!!!

1 star because 0 isn’t an option. First, they towed my roommates car AGAINST HOA protocol at 2 AM. Thankfully, our HOA was able to get them to release the vehicle, free of charge. I accompanied my roommate to pick up the vehicle (not only because he needed a ride, but the way they spoke to him on the phone was… rather threatening) & we were greeted with the most rude, disrespectful & confrontational employees. While my roommate was inspecting his vehicle to ensure there weren’t any damages, one of the employees called me over (from the gate where I was waiting) to “come get your friend & get him & his truck off the property immediately.” Confused as to why this sad excuse for a man had become angry, I asked what was wrong with checking for damages. The second employee came huffing & puffing out of their… trailer? to inform me that they had “given my friends truck back, free of charge (even though they took it when they weren’t supposed to) & that we needed to leave the property. I suggested they try being nice & that they needed to relax. The (man) employee started stomping his feet towards me as if he wanted to fight (lol) & told me he would call the police if I didn’t leave the property (as if they hadn’t just told me to enter the property to get my friend). Some really fun words were exchanged & it made for a really fantastic Saturday (sarcasm intended). Don’t give the poor excuse for a company the time of day & definitely don’t give them a dime (unless you like feeling as if you may be assaulted). They are some of the most disrespectful people I have come across. Reading the other reviews, I’m not alone. Also, another employee once tried to fight another one of my roommates a while back due to him trying to tow his vehicle because he was parked IN MY DRIVEWAY WHILE HE UNLOADED HIS CAR. -1 trillion out of 10.

I had an awful experience with Snowy Mountain/Central Valley/Atomic Towing in Salt Lake City. First off, the signage where my car was towed from is confusing and can easily be misinterpreted—be very careful about where you park in this city! When I went to pick up my car, I was met with some of the rudest and most unprofessional employees I've ever encountered. One of the guys had his foot propped up on the dashboard and was scrolling through his phone, completely ignoring me as I tried to ask him questions about the situation. He didn’t even bother to look at me or acknowledge my concerns. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was shocking. I’d recommend avoiding this company if you can. They clearly don’t care about their customers.
