Terrible experience with this Taylor’s location. I purchased a 2025 M242 from my Taylor’s dealer in Colorado and this boat was located at the Draper dealership. Boat had active recalls that were never addressed prior to my purchase, brake lines that separated at the caliper. I have no idea how this dealership sold a 10,000lbs boat/trailer without first checking to see if active recalls had been addressed. I requested pictures of the boat prior to purchase and was sent a picture of the boat with the cover on and had to request additional pictures. Transom camera was defective and needed replacement. Service department said the work was done, which it wasn’t. I spoke with ownership and they were great and listened to my concerns and they took these issues very seriously. I felt very taken care of by ownership, Las Vegas and Colorado store.

I haven’t personally bought a boat from Taylor’s (yet) but have visited them every year at the boat show and purchased life jackets and many other things from their proshop. Great selection! Everyone I have always worked with has been awesome and friendly!! Can’t wait for the day we finally pull the trigger on a new Malibu!

I don’t recommend these guys for service. The only reason I give two stars instead of one is because Skyler in parts was super helpful when ordering my parts to add speakers to my 2014 G3 tower. Things fell apart when I tried to get an answer for what I needed to mount the speakers. I was told that because of my after market bimini top I couldn’t use the adapters already on the tower and that I’d need to get creative. Eek! After deciding I couldn’t do this myself, I called to schedule time with their service department to have them do it. I asked if I could run by with my boat before the scheduled appointment so a tech could take a look to make sure I already had all the parts I needed so they could do the install on the scheduled date. Seems like a good idea right? I was told they needed to speak with the service manager and call me back. I never received a call back. I called again and they couldn’t find any record of the appointment I set or that anyone had spoken to me. I’ll leave names out here because these ladies were trying to be helpful. I think they could see the wisdom in having a tech just take a peek so we have the right parts. This was much tougher than it sounds. Fast forward to me asking to speak with the service manager. I got Nash. Not sure what Nash does but he’s not the service manager. He said if I dropped by with my boat there’s no way someone could come out and look to make sure I have all the parts needed for the install. This blew my mind. This would save time for everyone! Nash is a nice guy. He handled the call well but, for whatever reason, they didn’t want to help me. I’m guessing it comes down to the business of selling boats not servicing old 24 Wake Setter MXZs. I thought since I bought the speakers and amp through them that they’d work with me. Not the case. I called wet sounds and in 5 minutes I learned what I needed to do it myself. Should have started with them.
